慢性心力衰竭患者的综合优质护理干预效果分析

目的观察综合优质护理对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的效果。方法将CHF患者110例，按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组．每组各55例。两组在护理期间都给予相同的心内科常规治疗和检测，对照组采用常规心内科护理．观察组在对照组的基础上实施心理护理、健康指导、运动干预、饮食干预等系统的综合优质护理干预措施。比较两组患者的心功能改善状况及生活质量评分。结果两组治疗后的心功能检测水平均高于护理前，且观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），两组的生活质量较护理前均有所提高，且而观察组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预能有效提高CHF患者的生活能力，降低复发率，改善生活质量，对患者增强康复信心有重要作用。

Effect analysis of comprehensive and quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive and quality nursing in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods 110 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the observation group （n=55）and the control group （n=55）.Patients in the two groups were given the same routine treatment and detection of department of cardiology during the treatment while the control group was given conventional nursing of department of cardiology,the observation group was given comprehensive and quality nursing intervention （psychological nursing,health guidance,exercise intervention,dietary intervention and so on）on the basis of the control group.The heart function improvement and life quality score in the two groups were compared. Results The cardiac function detection level in the two groups was increased compared with before nursing,and the cardiac function detection level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈O.OS）;the nursing quality in the two groups was improved compared with before nursing,and improvement in the observation group was improved obviously compared with that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the living ability of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of life,and it has an important role for enhancing rehabilitation confidence of patients.
