妊娠期高血压综合征护理干预的临床效果分析

目的分析妊娠期高血压综合征护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2012年4月～2013年6月在本院救治的妊娠期高血压综合征患者92例。将所有患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以综合护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果研究组中轻度妊高征占总数的67．39％，明显高于对照组的26．09％，且研究组的整体转归情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）；母婴结局：对照组中子痫4例，先兆子痫7例，胎儿畸形死亡1例，发生率为26．09％，研究组无该类情况发生，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论予以妊娠期高血压综合征患者科学、合理的综合护理干预，可有效改善患者的病情和分娩结局。

Analysis of clinical effect of nursing intervention for pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention for pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 92 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome treated in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2013 were selected and randomly,divided into the control group and the research group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received comprehensive nursing.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The mild pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome accounted for 67.39% of the total,and the percentage of the mild pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group （26.09%） （P〈0.05）;maternal and neonatal outcome：4 cases were eclampsia,7 cases were preeclampsia,1 case was death of fetal malformation,and the incidence rate was 26.09%,it was no such situation occurs,and there was a statistical difference of the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Scientific and rational comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome not only can effectively improve the patients＇ condition and delivery outcome.
