胃肠间质瘤预后影响因素的分析

目的：探讨胃肠间质瘤预后的影响因素。方法回顾性分析本院及安徽医科大学附院2007年1月1日～2009年1月1日收治的100例胃肠间质瘤患者的临床资料，探讨胃肠间质瘤各治疗因素对预后的影响。结果回顾性分析比较发现，是否进行扩大切除术、Fletcher分级、病灶数目的多少、核分裂象数目、是否伴发转移、是否为靶向治疗对生存率有明显影响（P〈0.05）；性别、年龄对患者的预后生存率无明显影响（P〉0.05）。多因素分析显示，伴发转移、病灶数目、扩大切除术、靶向治疗是影响预后的独立因素（P〈0.05）。结论是否伴发转移、病灶数目的多少是影响胃肠间质瘤预后的重要因素，采取手术联合靶向治疗的预后效果较好，值得临床推广。

Influence factor analysis on prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor

Objective To explore the influence factor analysis on prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods The clinical date of one hundred patients selected from the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University and our hospital from January 1st 2007 to January 1st 2009 were retrospective analyzed,in order to probe into the therapeutic influence factors on prognosis. Results Retrospective analysis proved that enlarged excision or not,fletcher classification,number of focus and mitotic figure,metastasis or not,and targeted therapy all had obvious influences on survival rate （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in survival rate by gender or age （P〉0.05）.Multi-factor analysis indicated that metastasis,number of focus,enlarged excision,and targeted therapy were independent factors influencing prognosis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,metastasis or not and number of focus are important factors impacting on prognosis.Combination of operative treatment and targeted therapy can obtain a favorable prognosis,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
