| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定尪痹胶囊中芍药苷含量的不确定度评定方法，找出影响不确定度因素。方法根据检验过程，建立数学模型，分析影响不确定度因素来源，通过不确定度的量化分析，得出扩展不确定度。结果本实验的扩展不确定度为0.105 mg（k=2）。结论高效液相色谱法测定尪痹胶囊中芍药苷含量的不确定度主要由对照品称量和测得色谱峰面积引入。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content uncertainty of paeoniflorin in Wangbi capsule,identify uncertainty factor. Methods According to its inspection process,a mathematical model was es-tablished to analyze the factors affecting the uncertainty source.The expanded uncertainty was gained by quantifying analysis. Results The expanded uncertainty of this experiment was 0.105 mg （k=2）. Conclusion Determination of con-tent uncertainty of paeoniflorin in Wangbi capsule by HPLC is mainly gained by weighing reference and measuring chromatographic peak area. |
