微创技术在胸外科手术中的应用效果

目的：探讨微创技术在胸外科手术中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年1月∽2014年1月住院部的200例胸外科手术患者作为研究对象，其中肺癌根治术150例、经左胸食管癌根治术50例。根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和实验组，每组各100例。实验组患者给予微创术治疗，对照组患者给予常规手术治疗。观察记录两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后住院时间等。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术，其中两组肺癌患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后住院时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），实验组的手术情况明显优于对照组；两组食管癌患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后住院时间、切口长度、开关胸时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），实验组的手术情况明显优于对照组。结论胸外科手术属于常见手术，采取微创技术处理可以取得良好的效果，有切口小、创伤轻、康复快、并发症少及效果满意等优势，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of minimally invasive technique in thoracic surgery op-eration

Objective To discuss the application effect of minimally invasive technique in thoracic surgery operation. Methods 200 inpatients who underwent thoracic surgery operation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research objects.Among which,150 patients were treated by radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma and another 50 patients were treated by radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma by left chest.Patients were divided in-to the control group and the experimental group according to different therapeutic method.In the experimental group, minimally invasive treatment was applied while in the control group,the conventional surgical method was used.The op-eration time,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage amount,and postoperative hospital stay in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The operation was successfully conducted in all patients.For patients with lung cancer in the two groups,there was a statistical difference of the operation time,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage amount,and postoperative hospital stay in the two groups （P〈0.01）,the operation situa-tion in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group;for patients with lung cancer in the two groups there was a statistical difference of esophageal cancer in the two groups,there was a statistical difference of the operation time,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage amount,and postoperative hospital stay, the length of incision and open-closed chest time in the two groups （P〈0.01）,the operation situation in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion Thoracic surgery operation is a common surgery. Adaptation of minimally invasive technique can obtain a great effect at advantages of small incision,mild trauma,fast re-covery,fewer complications,and satisfactory effect,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
