锡类散与美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎的效果观察

目的：探讨锡类散与美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂联合保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎的效果。方法将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各43例，对照组采用常规小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液静脉滴注与蒙脱石散剂口服治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上，采用锡类散与美沙嗪缓释颗粒剂保留灌肠。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为100.0%，对照组为74.4%，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论锡类散与美沙拉嗪联合保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎的效果明确。

Effect observation of retention enema with Xilei powder and mesalazine slow-release granules to the radiation proctitis patients of the uterine cervix cancer

Objective To discuss the effect of retention enema with Xilei powder and mesalazine slow-release granules to the radiation proctitis patients of the uterine cervix cancer. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 43 cases,the control group were treated with drip protein-free calf blood extract injection and oral smectite powder,besides which the treatment group added retention enema with Xilei powder and mesalazine slow-release granules. Results The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 100.0%, while the control group was 74.4%,the curative effect in treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The retention enema with XilLei powder and mesalazine slow-release granules have a certain effect to the radiation proctitis patients of the uterine cervix cancer.
