| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨百多帮治疗新生儿脓疱疮的疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的82例新生儿脓疱疮随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组48例采用百多帮软膏局部外擦治疗；对照组34例采用0．5％～1％新霉素乳剂局部外擦治疗，两组差异有统计学意义（x^2=17．48，P〈0．01）。结果：治疗组有效率97．9％，对照组有效率为88．2％。结论：百多帮局部涂擦治疗新生儿脓疱疮疗效明显优于0．5％-1％新霉素乳剂局部外擦治疗，值得临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effects of mupirocin in the treatment of newborn babies＇ pustule- Methods.. By dividing 82 cases of newborn babies＇ pustule patients into two groups： the treatment and the control, we use mupirocin to treat the first group （48 cases） and necmycin to treat the second group （34 cases） . Results： The effctive rate of the two groups are 97.9% and 88. 2%. Conclusion： The treatment effct of mupirocin is remarkably better than that of necmycin, so it worths to be clinically applied. |
