| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P 53、CyclinD1在胃癌中表达与淋巴结转移的关系.方法应用免疫组化S-P法,对230例胃癌标本进行检测.结果 P 53、CyclinD1在胃癌中阳性表达率分别为36.52%(84/230)、61.74(142/230),P 53、CyclinD1的阳性表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移密切相关(P＜0.01).结论 P 53、CyclinD1蛋白在胃癌发生过程中可能起重要作用,可作为监测预后的有效指标.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the relationship between the expression of P 53 and CyclinDl protein in gastric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis.[Methods] S-P immunohistochemical method was applied in detecting carcinoma samples of 230 cases.[Results] The positive expression rates of P 53 and CyclinD1 were 36.52%(84/230) and 61.74%(142/230) respectively;the positive expression of P 53 and CyclinD1 is closely related with lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01).[Conclusion] P 53 and CyclinD1 might play an important role in the attack of gastric carcinoma;it can be used as an effective index for prognosis monitoring. |
