| 摘 要： | 目的:为临床安全、合理应用环孢素A(CsA)提供参考。方法:采用荧光偏振免疫法测定91例存活7年以上肾移植患者2291例/次的CsA血药浓度,分析术后时间、性别、年龄等因素与CsA血药浓度的关系。结果:CsA血药浓度随术后时间的延长而逐渐下降,且个体差异大;男性、女性2组CsA血药浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与中、青年组比较,老年组患者的血药浓度在同一时间段内差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:监测CsA血药浓度,可防止免疫过度、不足和药物毒性,从而提高移植肾的长期存活率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for reasonable and safe use of ciclosporin (CsA) in clinic. METHODS: The blood concentration of CsA of 91 patients(2 291 cases) was determined by FPIA method. And the relationship between renal transplantation time, sex, age and the blood concentration of CsA was analyzed. RESULTS: The blood concentration of CsA decreased with time after transplantation,with great individual difference.
