曲安西龙与醋酸泼尼松治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效比较

 目的:比较曲安西龙(triamcinolone)与醋酸泼尼松(prednisone)治疗活动期系统性红斑狠疮(SLE)的疗效。方法:57例SLE随机双盲分组，对照组服用醋酸泼尼松1 mg·kg^-1· d^-1，治疗组服用相当于醋酸泼尼松剂蚤的曲安西龙0.8 mg·kg^-1·d^-1’观察4～6周。结果:两组药物总有效率均为73.7%，但接受曲安西龙治疗组的休重增加和满月脸的副作用发生率低于醋酸泼尼松组。结论:两组药物治疗 SLE的疗效相似，但曲安西龙的副作用小于醋酸泼尼松。

Comparison of the efficacy of triamcinolone and prednisone in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of triamcinolone with prednisone on active systemic lupuserythematosus(SLE).METHODS:57 patients with SLE were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Thecontrol group was treated with prednisone 1 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 and the treatment group with triamcinolone 0.8mg·kg^-1·d^-1，that was equal to the dosage of prednisone for 4～6 weeks. RESULTS: The total efficacy rate in the twogroups was the same(73.7%).Increased weight and moonface in patients after treatment of triamcinolone were noted lessthan those after treatment of prednisone.CONCLUSION:Triamcinolone has a similar efficacy rate with prednisone in thepatients with active SLE, but the side-effects of triamcinolone were less than those of prednisone.
