| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卒中后抑郁对急性脑梗死预后的影响。方法68例卒中后抑郁患者随机分成两组：对照组30例,给予抗血小板、改善脑循环治疗;治疗组35例,给予抗血小板、改善脑循环治疗同时给予帕罗西汀20mg抗抑郁治疗,持续4周。观察两组脑梗死后伴抑郁患者治疗前、后神经功能、Barthel指数及抑郁评分的变化。结果治疗组经4周抗抑郁治疗,神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）由（8.6±2.1）减少为（3.4±1.5）,Barthel指数由（27.6±11.1）升高为（68.0±15.1）,抑郁评分（HAMD）由（27.8±4.4）下降为（9.7±6.9）,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论卒中后抑郁对急性脑梗死预后有一定影响,对抑郁进行干预有助于改善预后。
