舒血宁注射液治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期临床研究

摘    要:目的研究舒血宁注射液治疗慢性肺原性心脏病(肺心病)急性加重期临床疗效。方法将80例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为2组,对照组40例,采用西医常规治疗,治疗组40例在此基础上,加用舒血宁注射液20ml,静脉滴注,qd,7d1疗程,共2疗程。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为45.0%、90.0%,对照组为20.0%、67.5%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床指标恢复正常时间、血流变学、动脉血气分析均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期可提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间。

Abstract:Objective To study clinical therapeutic effect of Shuxuening on treatment of chronic cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation.Methods Eighty patients with chronic cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation were randomly diveded into 2 groups.The control group(n=40) was treated with routine western medicine.The therapeutic group(n =40) was treated with routine western medicine plus Shuxuening injection.the course of treatment was 7 day.All treated for 2 courses of treatment.Results The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate were 45.0% and 90.0% respectively in therapeutic group,and they were 20.0% and 67.5% respectively in controt group(P<0.05).Therapeutic group surpasses control group in recovering normal time of clinical indexes,hemorheology indexes and blood gas analysis after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusions Shuxuening injection may improve therapeutic effects and short curative time of chronic cor pulmonale in acute exaccerbation.
