周围神经损伤修复320例临床分析

本文对320例415条周围神经损伤的修复情况进行了回顾性分析，结果显示：周围神经损伤修复后其疗效的好坏与神经损伤的部位，类型，年龄，修复的时机和方法有密切关系，因而，提出在行疗效评定时间注意上述因素，另外，作者强调，对周围神经损伤，应早期修复，神经缺损较多时主张行自体神经移植或非神经组织桥接来修复，在缝接神经时均要在显微镜下进行，最好使用无损伤针线缝接，以减少断端瘢痕形成。
