摘    要:本文以~3H-TdR参入技术探讨了几种因素对短期离体培养的小鼠骨髓造血细胞增殖活性的影响。结果表明:温度和时间的影响是十分明显的。为减少骨髓细胞原有的~3H_TdR参入活性的变化,骨髓样品应放在4℃下。db-cAMP的作用决定于浓度。10M~(-8)时,db-cAMP具有刺激效应。大于或小于该浓度,它显示抑制作用。

Abstract:A technique using ~3H-TdR incorpora-tion was developed to investigate the in-fluence of some factors on the prolifera-tion of the mouse bone marrow hematop-oietic cells in short-term culture. The results indicated that the effectsof temperature and time were very ob-vious. In order to minimize the change ofthe 3H-TdR incorporated activity of thehematopoietic cells, the sample should bekept at 4 c. The effects of the exogenousdb-cAMP depend on its concentration. db-cAMP 10~(-8)M had an irritant effect.Otherwise, either at higher or lower conc-entration, it presented an inhibited effect.
