摘    要:目的:为了解家猪在肾综合征出血热(HFRS)疫区的流行病学意义,探索家猪感染汉坦病毒(HV)与HFRS发病的关系。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)、反向间接血凝法(RPHA)、免疫酶染色法、RT-PCR检测HV抗原与抗体,同时分离HV。结果:在家猪心、肺、肝、脾、肾等脏器及其血液、尿、粪、唾液等标本中检出HV抗原与抗体,并从多种HV抗原阳性标本分离到HV,证实家猪对HV易感,而且遍及多种脏器组织。以HV抗原阳性的组织、血液及排泄物等二次感染成功。同时从乳猪脾、肺、肾和脑组织检出HV抗原,表明HV似乎可直接进入中枢神经系统参与损伤。结论:家猪具备作为HFRS扩散宿主的先决条件。

Abstract:To realize the epidemiological importance role of pig in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) foci and to explore the relationship between the Hantaan virus(HV) natural infection and the incidence of HFRS in pigs. Methods: HV antigens and antibodies in the samples from various tissues and organs of pigs were detected by IFA, RPHA, immuno-enzyme dye, RT-PCR. Results: HV antigens and antibodies were detected in heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, blood, urine, feces, and saliva, and HV were isolated from various samples with positive antigen. It was revealed that pig was sensitive to HV, and HV distributed in various organs of pig. Re-infections were successful by pigs' tissues, blood, and egesta with positive antigen. HV antigens were also detected in spleen, lung, kidney, and brain of young pig, which indicated that HV seemed to enter directly into central nerve system, and participate in damnification of cerebral tissues. Conclusion: Pigs have the preconditions acting as the spreading hosts of HFRS
