| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后路AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折临床价值。方法使用后路AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折30例,观察手术前后的椎体高度及神经功能情况。结果手术后椎体高度恢复满意,神经功能除Frankel A级无恢复外均有提高,平均随访18个月,椎体高度丢失不明显。结论AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折操作简单、安全、固定可靠、疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of AF internal fixation for thoracic and lumbar fractures.Methods AF internal fixation system was applied to treat thoracic and lumbar fracture in 30 cases.Nurological fuction,vertebral body height were observed.Results After average follow up for 18 months,the Nurological fuction got resume except A grade,the affected vertebral body height were restored satisfactorily.Conclusion AF internal fixation for thoracic and lumbar fractures requires simple manipulation and ... |
