摘    要:目的 观察在牵张成骨过程中,牵引区内组织与细胞超微结构的变化特点。方法 用自制的牙支抗下颌骨牵引装置,对山羊下颌骨进行牵引,0.25mm/12h,共牵引16d,分别于开始牵引的8、16、32、48d取材、标本固定之后进行透射电镜观察。结果 间充质细胞在牵引早期大量增生,并不断分化为成纤维样细胞和成骨细胞,后两种细胞的超微结构显示出具有活跃的合成和分泌功能,清晰可见新形成的胶原纤维、哈氏管、以及骨基质矿化的过程。结论 牵引区内组织和细胞在牵引力的作用下处于活跃的改建过程中,这正是新组织再生的基础。

The observation of ultrastructure changes during mandibular distraction osteogenesis in goat
Abstract:Objective To observe the ultrastructure changes of tissue and cells in distraction gap during the process of distraction osteogenesis(DO).Methods After a mandibular cortitomy was made between the second and third premolars bilaterally, self produced intraoral tooth supported distraction devices were cemented onto the second and third premolars. The distraction devices were activated 0.25 mm every 12 hours to advance the anterior segment 8 mm in 16 days. The animals were sacrificed on 8 d, 16 d, 32 d, 48 d after the start of activation respectively, then observed under transmission electron microscope. Results In early phrases of DO, mesenchymal cells proliferated and differentiated into fibroblast like cells and osteoblasts, whose ultrastructures showed to have active protein synthesis and secreting function. Newly formed collagen, bone canaliculus and the mineration of bone matrix could be clearly observed.Conclusion The tissue and cells in the distraction gap are in active remodeling process under distraction force, which is the basis for new tissue regeneration.
