第一掌背动脉双叶皮瓣修复拇指及虎口软组织缺损

目的观察应用第1掌背动脉双叶皮瓣修复拇指及虎口软组织缺损的临床效果。方法对7例拇指及虎口软组织缺损患者,以其第1掌背动脉为蒂,于示指及中指背侧切取皮瓣转移修复缺损区。观察术后患者皮瓣成活情况。结果除1例皮瓣远端0.3cm大小坏死外,其余均全部成活。患手功能及外形恢复满意。结论设计以第1掌背动脉为蒂的双叶皮瓣修复拇指及虎口软组织缺损,是一种较简便有效的修复方法。

Repairing of soft tissue defects of thumb and the first web with the bilobed flap by the first volardorsal artery

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of the repairing of soft tissue defects of thumb and the first web. Methods The skin flap was designed with the first volardorsal artery as the pedicle , and was harvested from the back of the forefinger and thirdfinger based on the size of the wounds. The defects of thumb and the first web in seven patients were repaired by transplantation of the skin flap. The state of the skin flaps was observed post - opratively. Results All the flaps survived except that there was on necrotic area sized 0. 3 cm, on the distal end of the flap in one case. Condlusion It could be an ideal choice for the repair of deficient tissue of thumb and the first web with the bilobed flap by the first volardorsal artety.
