Survivin Ki67在卵巢原发癌与转移癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的研究卵巢原发癌和转移癌组织中SurvivinmRNA、Ki67蛋白表迭的相关关系及临床意义。方法对1985—2002年中国医科大学附属一院妇科收治的38例卵巢原发癌、36例卵巢转移癌、16例卵巢良性肿瘤病例组织标拳及10例正常卵巢组织运用原住杂交技术检测SurvivinmRNA的表达．免疫组化SP法检测Ki67蛋白标记指数，并对其与临床各因素关系进行综合分析。结果Survivin、Ki67在卵巢原发癌和转移癌组织中的表达水平明显高于正常卵巢及良性卵巢肿瘤组织（P〈0．01）。Ki67表达与年龄及有无淋巴结转移无关，与卵巢原发癌和转移癌的临床分期、分化程度及卵巢转移癌的预后密切相关。Survivin表达与K167表达具有一定关联性，呈正相关关系（r=0．498）。结论Survivin和Ki67的高表达在卵巢原发癌厦转移癌的发生发展中有协同作用，可作为评价卵巢肿瘤生物学行为的重要依据，并可评估卵巢肿瘤恶性程度的重要参考指标。

Expression of Survivin Ki67 in human primary and metastatic ovarian cancer and its clinical implication

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin mRNA?Ki67 protein in human primary and metastatic ovarian cancer tissue and its clinical implication,and their correlationship. Methods From 1985 to 2002 the expressions of Survivin mRNA and Ki67 protein labeling index were detected by in situ hybridization (ISH) and immunohistochemical method (SP technique), respectively, in 38 primary ovarian cancer , 36 metastatic ovarian cancer , 16 benign and 10 normal ovarian tissue samples in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.The relationship between the expression of Suvivin and Ki67 in human ovarian tumors and clinical pathologic parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of Survivin and Ki67 in primary and metastatic ovarian cancer was higher than that in benign and normal ovarian tissue (P<0.01) . The expression of Ki67 correlated with histological differentiation , clinical stage and prognosis, but not with age and lymphnode metastasis. A positive correlation was found between the expression of Survivin and Ki67(r=0.489).Conclusion The overexpression of Survivin and Ki67 suggests that they play a cooperative role in the process of primary and metastatic ovarian cancer;it may serve as a useful marker for assessment of the biological behavior of ovarian tumors, and may be helpful for grading malignancy.
