| 摘 要： | 目的 提高抑郁症病人心身康复质量。方法 对照组 44例采用抗抑郁药治疗和常规护理 ,观察组 62例在此基础上实施心理干预 ,两组病人均采用焦虑自评量表 ( SAS)、抑郁自评量表 ( SDS)、护士用住院病人观察量表 ( NOSIE)评定。结果 观察组 SAS、SDS、NOSIE评分均明显显效 ,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较 ,差异有显著性与极显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 采用针对性心理干预对抑郁症康复及生活质量有一定临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective To elevate recovery level of depressive patients.Methods 44 patients of control group were treated with anti-depressive drug and normal nursing while 62 patients of studying group were treated with psychological intervention on the basis of this.Both of hem were evaluated by SAS,SDS,NOSIE.Results The score of SAS,SDS and NOSIE of studying group were higher than those of this group before treatment and those of control one after treatment .There was significant difference in effective rate between two groups (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological intervention directed to depression recovery and life quality is good in clinical effect. |
