电针足三里不同配穴对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤修复作用的比较研究

目的通过观察电针足三里不同配穴对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤表皮生长因子、一氧化氮、胃泌素的影响,探讨各电针组对胃黏膜损伤修复作用的差异。方法将100只大鼠随机分为10组,即空白对照组、模型组、足三里组、足三里配内关组、足三里配中脘组、足三里配公孙组、足三里配内关中脘组、足三里配内关公孙组、足三里配中脘公孙组、足三里配内关中脘公孙组。用无水乙醇灌胃,造成急性胃黏膜损伤模型。检测各组胃黏膜损伤指数、表皮生长因子、一氧化氮、胃泌素。结果各电针组能提高表皮生长因子和一氧化氮含量,降低胃泌素含量,与模型组比较有统计学意义P(<0.05或P<0.01);足三里组、足三里内关组、足三里公孙组组间比较无统计学意义,而足三里内关公孙组、足三里中脘组、足三里内关公孙中脘组与足三里组比较有统计学意义;足三里内关公孙中脘组与其他各电针组比较有统计学意义。结论电针足三里不同配穴对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤均具有修复作用,尤以足三里配内关中脘公孙组作用最强。

Study on Electroacupuncture in Different Points for Renovation of Acute Gastromucosal Lesion in Rats

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture in different point Zusanli on epidermal growth factor(EGF),gastrin(GAS) and nitricoxide(NO) in gastromucosal lesion and study the difference of protective actions between different points.Methods 100 rats were divided into Zusanli,Zusanli/Neiguan,Zusanli/Zhongwang,Zusanli/Gongsun,Zusanli/Neiguan and Zhongwang,Zusanli/Neiguan and Gongsun,Zusanli/Zhongwang and Gongsun,Zusanli/Neiguan,Zhongwang and Gongsun,model and control groups.Gastric mucosal injury model was induced by intragastric infusion of dehydrated alcohol(0.6 mL/100g).The content of EGF,GAS and NO of gastric mucosal tissue and the content of GAS and NO in serums were detected.Ruslts EGF levels of gastric mucosal tissues in each electroacupuncture group were obviously higher than those in model group(P<0.01).NO levels of gastric mucosal tissues and serums were increased significantly while GAS levels of gastric mucosal tissues and serums were decreased significantly comparied with model group(P<0.05).There were not significantly difference among Zusanli,Zusanli/Neiguan,and Zusanli/Gongsun groups,and signifcantly difference in Zusanli/Neiguan,Zhongwang and Gongsun groups comparied with other electroacupuncture groups.Conclusion The electroacupuncture in Zusanli and other points has protective action on gastric mucous and the combination of Zusanli and Neiguan,Zhongwang and Gongsun has the strongest protective action.
