清远市小学学生SARS冠状病毒抗体血清流行病学研究

目的了解清远市小学学生SARS冠状病毒(简称SARS-CoV)抗体水平。方法分别于2005年10月和2006年4月,采集清远市2所乡镇小学学生及2003年SARS-CoVIgG检测阳性儿童的血液,用酶联免疫法检测血清中SARS-CoV抗体IgG。结果共检测小学学生血清样本449份,SARS-CoV IgG总阳性率为1.78%(8/449),男、女学生之间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其中在9、10、11、12岁年龄组学生中检出SARS-CoV IgG,阳性率分别为2.70%(1/37)、7.58%(5/66)、2.13%(1/80)、0.99%(1/101),4个年龄组阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);8份SARS-CoV IgG阳性血清样本均来自同一学校;对17名2003年SARS-CoV lgG检测阳性的儿童进行追踪重新采血检测,阳性率为11.76%(2/17)。结论该地区小学学生SARS-CoV抗体阳性率较低,存在隐性感染及聚集现象,SARS-CoV抗体IgG水平随时间延长会逐渐下降,甚至消火。

Serum Epidemiological Research on SARS Coronavirus Antibody among Pupils in Qingyuan City

Objective] To learn the antibody level of SARS coronavirus among the pupils in Qingyuan City.Methods] Blood samples of the pupils and SARS CoV IgG positive children in 2003 were collected in Dec.2005 and Apr. 2006 respectively and detected with ELISA for the SARS CoV IgG.Results] The total positive rate of SARS CoV IgG of the 449 serum samples was 1.78%(8/449),no significant difference was found between males and female students(P>0.05);the positive rates in the 9,10,11 and 12 age groups were 2.70%(1/37),7.58%(5/66),2.13%(1/80) and 0.99%(1/101) respectively,which had no significant difference(P>0.05);all the 8 SARS CoV IgG positive serum samples were collected from the same school;the follow-up detection for the SARS CoV IgG positive in 2003 showed that the positive rate of them was 11.76%(2/17).Conclusion] The positive rate of SARS CoV antibody IgG is proved to be low among the pupils in this area,but concessive infection and aggregation of SARS still exist;the level of SARS CoV antibody will gradually decline or even diminish as time goes by.
