| 摘 要： | 越来越多的证据证明干细胞包括胚胎干细胞、骨骼肌卫星细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞等可用于组织的再生和修复。但以上细胞的临床应用存在很多问题如来源困难、免疫排斥、伦理学等等。脂肪来源的基质细胞以其取材方便、更容易获取、低免疫原性等特点成为今年来研究的热点。本文对ADSCs的特点进行了较为全面的回顾。

| Abstract: | Increasing evidence have showed that stem cells including embryonic stem cells(ESCs), Skeletal Muscle Satellite Cells and mesenchymal stem cells could serve as use in tissue repair and regeneration. But all these cells mentioned have potential limitations. Adipose tissue-derived stromal cells(ADSCs) is an alternative autologous stem cell source for its characters of large quantity, easy obtaining, without immunology and ethic problems. This review introduces the characters of ADSCs in detail and compares them with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. |
