动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的临床观察

目的:观察脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化情况。方法:采用颈动脉血管超声检查。结果:80例脑梗死病例,62例颈动脉粥样硬化,斑块形成,12例未发现斑块,发生率为77.5%,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块左侧发生率高于右侧,斑块好发于分叉处,在各型中软斑与溃疡斑是脑梗死的主要来源之一。结论:颈动脉超声检查,不仅可以对已发生的脑栓塞患者提供各项有重要价值的指标,而且对无症状期动脉粥样硬化患者的监测,以及早期采取有效的防治,同样具有重要的意义。

The Clinical Observation of Artery Atherosclerosis and Brain Infarction

Objective To observe the patients'condition with brain infarction whose neck arteries are atherosclerosis.Methods Using ultrasound examination to the neck artery blood tubes.Results Of 80 patients with brain in farction,62 people whose spots of neck artery atherosclerosis have formde,the incidence of the disease is 77.5 percent,the incidence of the spots of neck artery atherosclerosis on the left is higher than that of on the right.They occur easily at the crossing places.The soft and ulcer spots are one of the main cause of brain infarction in all kinds of spots.Conclusion The neck artery by ultrasound examination not only can offer various important index to the patients with brain infarction,but also has the significant meaning to watch the patients who have artery atherosclerosis with out any condition and prevent and cure it early and effectively.
