甘利欣联合脱氧核苷酸钠治疗慢性乙型肝炎36例疗效观察

目的观察甘利欣联合脱氧核苷酸钠治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择2006年8月—2007年9月来阴市人民医院就诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者72例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各36例；对照组给予甘利欣150mg加入10％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次。治疗组除给予甘利欣以外，联合脱氧核苷酸钠150mg加入10％葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注，每日1次，2组均以30d为1疗程，共2个疗程。分别观察临床症状、体征及肝功能丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、γ=谷氨酸转肽酶（γ-GT）和血清胆红素（SB）的变化。结果ALT、AST、γ-GT和SB恢复程度以治疗组为高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。采用甘利欣联合脱氧核苷酸钠治疗后，总有效率为97．2％，对照组总胡效率为75．0％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=7．43，P〈0．01）。结论甘利欣联合脱氧核苷酸钠治疗慢性乙型肝炎的治疗效果满意。

Observation of Curative Effects of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Combined with Deoxynucleotidyl Sodium on 36 Cases with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective ] To observe the clinical effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with deoxynucleotidyl sodium on chronic hepatitis B. Methods] 72 patients with chronic hepatitis B diagnosed from August 2006 to September 2007 were divided into treatment group and control group（ each for 36 cases）. The control group was treated with 10 % glucose injection 250 ml added with 150 mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate, once daily. The treatment group was treated with 10 % glucose injection 250 ml added with 150mg Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and 150 mg Deoxynucleotidyl integration, once daily. The course of treatments was 10 days for 2 groups, with a total of 2 courses. Changes of symptom, sign, ALT, AST,γ-GT and SB were observed respectively. Results] The recovery degrees of ALT, AST,γ-GT and SB among treatment group were higher, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） compared with the control group. After Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and Deoxynucleotidyl integration treatment, the total effective rate was 97.2%, that of control group was 75.00%, the difference was significant （ X^2 = 7.43, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Condusion] The treatment results of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with deoxynucleotidyl sodium on chronic hepatitis B was satisfactory.
