温水足浴联合足底按摩对原发性高血压病患者的影响

摘    要:目的应用中医护理理论,观察足浴联合足底按摩对原发性高血压病患者的影响。方法接受康复治疗的原发性高血压病患者200例,随机分为药物治疗组和联合治疗组,每组各100例。药物治疗组单纯以药物治疗,联合治疗组在药物治疗的同时每天早晚以温水足浴(水温39~42℃)并足底按摩30min。疗程均为2个月。结果联合治疗组血压正常、好转及恢复达标率明高于药物组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);联合治疗组服药种类较药物治疗组减少(P〈0.01)。结论足浴联合足底按摩能有效改善高血压患者血液循环及机能状况,对预防保健、稳定血压效果良好。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of footbath combined with massage on patients with essential hypertension by Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.Methods Two hundred patients with essential hypertension who accepted rehabilitation treatment were equally randomized into two groups:medical treatment group and combining treatment group.The patients in the medical treatment group were given medical treatment and the patients in combining treatment group were given footbath with warm water everyday(water temperature from 39℃ to 42℃) combined with plantar massage for thirty minutes.All the patients were treated in two months.Results The rates of normal blood press,improvement and recovery of the combining treatment group were significantly higher than those of the medicine treatment group(P0.05).The sort of medicine significantly decreased in the combining treatment group than that in the medical treatment group(P0.01).Conclusion Foot massage after footbath can effectively improve blood circulation and digestive function,which is beneficial for disease prevention and health care and blood pressure stability.
