癌症患者和护士对人文关怀认知与评价的对比研究

目的了解护士和癌症患者对人文关怀认知与评价的差异，为更好地实施符合癌症患者需求与期望的护理关怀行为提供依据。方法问卷在参考关怀行为评价量表的基础上修改而成，信度、效度良好。采用方便取样法选取60名住院患者及60名护士进行调查，了解护士和患者对人文关怀和护理关怀行为的评价。结果护士对癌症患者人文关怀需求的认知评分高于患者（P〈0．01）；护患对关怀行为评价有差异；患者和护士评价护士关怀能力不足的方面也存在差异。结论增强护士对癌症患者需求和期望的敏感性，正确评估、持续评价，在实践中提高处理患者关爱需求的能力，从而有效构建关爱品质。

A Contrastive Study on Cognition and Assessment of Humanistic Care between Nurses and Cancer Patients

Objective To understand the differences between nurses and cancer patients in cognition and assessment of humanistic care, so as to provide a basis for nursing care better meeting the needs and expectations of cancer patients. Methods 60 in-patients and 60 nurses were chosen by means of convenience sampling and were asked to complete the questionnaire modified on the basis of care Behavior Assessment Scale, which was of high reliability and validity. Results There existed nurse-patient differences in the cognition of caring behavior and nurses＇ deficiency in caring abilities; the cognition score of the nurses were distinctly hihger than that of the patients. Conclusion Nurses＇ sensitivity towards the needs and expectations of cancer patients should be increased to ensure correct assessment and improvement of abilities of satisfying patients＇ needs.
