摘    要:目的通过营养干预提高学生的膳食营养状况,提高学生营养水平;并可通过干预过程对学生进行营养知识的普及。方法采用整群抽样调查方法,抽取987人,进行营养知识的问卷调查及营养状况的调查,营养状况评价采用体质指数(BMI),经一年的干预,对比学生干预前后营养状况与营养知识水平。结果干预前后学生营养状况及知识水平的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论营养干预是改善学生营养状况及营养知识普及的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of nutritional interventions among medical college students in order to improve their nutritional level. Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted to sample 987 students, and then a questionnaire survey was performed on the nutritional knowledge, and the nutritional conditions was also investigated. The body mass index (BMI) was as the evaluation index for nutritional conditions. The nutritional interventions were carried out for one year and the nutritional knowledge levels and the nutritional conditions of the students were contrasted before and after the interventions. Results The nutritional conditions and nutritional knowledge levels of the students before and after the interventions were significantly different (P 〈 0.0l ). Conclusions The nutritional interventions are important measures to improve the students' nutritional conditions and nutritional knowledge levels.
