摘    要:摘要:骨组织工程在解决临床骨缺损这一棘手问题中具有许多优势,近年来引起许多研究人员的关注。目前组织工程生物衍生骨是骨缺损治疗的新突破点,文章针对骨组织工程的3个基本要素:支架材料、种子细胞和成骨因子作一总结。指出模拟天然骨形成机制,制备出仿生径向梯度分布、生物活性、无机物增强相与可降解材料复合且多孔的细胞支架材料,将是未来骨组织工程用支架材料的发展趋势。

Abstract:Abstract: Bone tissue engineering has attracted increasing interest for its advantages in solving clinical bone defects problems. The tissue engineered bio-derived bone is a breakthrough for treatment of bone defects. This paper summarized three essential elements of bone tissue engineering, namely scaffold material, seed cell and osteoinductive factors. It is pointed out that the degradable cell scaffold biomaterials with bioactivity, porosity, and inorganic phase strengthening, and bionic simulation of the natural bone formation is the trend in bone tissue engineering in the future.
