抑郁症患者应付方式和个性特征的相关性研究

目的探讨抑郁症病人应付方式和个性特征,为抑郁症病人的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法对62例抑郁症病人和60例正常对照人群,进行心理健康测查表（PHI）和应付方式问卷测评。结果抑郁症病人对各种应付方式的使用依次是自责、退避、解决问题、幻想、合理化、求助;抑郁症病人与正常对照组相比,在自责、退避、解决问题、求助等因子存在显著差异;男女抑郁症病人,在PHI各量表原始分中未见显著差异;男性抑郁症病人与男性对照组相比,在PHI的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、疑心等量表中存在显著差异;而女性抑郁症病人与女性对照组相比,在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等量表中存在显著差异。抑郁症病人应付方式的解决问题、自责、求助因子与PHI的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、疑心量表有不同程度、性质各异的相关。结论抑郁症病人的应付方式与其独特的个性特征密切相关。

A Study on Copying Style and Personality Characteristics in Major Depression

Objective To explore the copying style and personality characteristics of major depression and provide evidences for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Psychological Health Inventory （PHI） and Copying Style Questionnaires were used for testing 62 depression patients and 60 aornral controls. Results The copying styles which depression patients use were selfaccusation, eseape, solving problems, fantasy, rationalization, seeking help in turn. Comparison of depression patients and control group, there were significant differences in the factors of self-accusation, escape, .solving problems, seeking help. In depression patients, the primary scores of each inventory, of PHI showed there were no significant differences in sex. Comparison of male depression patients and male controls, there were significant differences in the inventories of somatization, depression, anxiety, suspicion. Comparison of female depression patients and female controls, there were significant differences in the inventories of somatization, depression, anxiety. There were correlation between the copying styles of solving problems, self-accusation, seeking help in depression patients and the inventories of somatization, depression, anxiety, suspicion in different degree and properties. Condusions There were closely correlation between the copying style and personality characteristics in major depression.
