| 摘 要： | 对47例原发性胆管结石病人术中胆汁、血清免疫球蛋白和补体成份3(C_3)水平进行检测,并与胆汁细菌培养的关系进行探讨。结果显示此类病人胆汁中IgA含量明显增高,C_3明显下降,血清免疫球蛋白均明显增高,胆汁细菌检出率为95.7%,表明胆道体液免疫反应增加。提示胆汁的细菌感染、胆道局部免疫反应增强可能在胆道结石的形成过程中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | The immunoglobulins (Ig) and complement 3 (C_3) levels in the bile and serum from
47 patients with biliary duct stone (PBS) were determined and their relation to the find-
ings from bacterial cultures of the bile was studied. It was found that in the bile the IgA
content was remarkably increased and the C_3 content remarkably decreased and in the
serum the Ig level was elevated significantly. The bacterial cultures of bile showed a
positive rate of 95.7%, which indicated that the immune reaction in the biliary duct was
enhanced. The above results suggest that bacterial infection and increased immune reac-
tion in the biliary duct may play a role in gallstone formation. |
