| 摘 要： | 小鼠睾丸间质细胞是目前医学研究的常用细胞.高纯度的分离、纯化及体外培养小鼠睾丸间质细胞对于相关研究的开展至关重要.本文对目前常用的几种小鼠睾丸间质细胞分离、纯化和体外培养方法以及各类方法的原理进行了综述.
