| 摘 要： | 本文报告了试管固相放射免疫分析技术的最新研究进展及评价，其中主要包括固相载体活化，以共价键结合取代物理吸附，抗体或抗原固相制备最佳条件和新型测定模式等。研究结果表明，试管固相是一种换代技术，为实现分析技术自动化创造了条件。

| Abstract: | Recent advances in the development of tube solid phase RIA are presented. Features of different solid phases,their activation,the optimization of binding of an antigen or antibody with solid phase are discussed. The tube solid phase RIA is a new generation of immunoassay which may pave the way for the automation of RIA. |
