口咽通气管在神经内科抢救工作中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨和研究口咽通气管在神经内科抢救工作中的临床应用。方法选取该院2008年1月—2011年1月收治的37例重症神经内科患者作为研究对象,均采用口内放置口咽通气管的方法进行通气改善和解除舌后坠现象,对过程和结果进行了回顾性分析。结果该组患者中3例患者无效死亡,死亡率8.11%,1例患者植物生存,其余患者均抢救成功康复出院。在放置口咽通气管之后的10~30min内患者的缺氧状况有明显改善,血氧饱和度上升明显,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论口咽通气管能够有效的解决神经内科舌后坠患者的通气问题,效果良好,值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore and study of oropharyngeal airway in Department of Neurology of the rescue work in the clinical application.Methods For removal of treated in our hospital in 37 patients with severe neurological in patients with clinical data as the research object,adopt the export is placed within the oropharynx ventilation tube for ventilation improves and relieve glossocoma phenomenon,the process and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the group,3 patients died,the mortality of 8.11%,1 cases of patients with plant survival,the remaining patients were rescued successfully recovered.Placed in the oropharyngeal airway after 10~30 min in patients with hypoxic condition has improved significantly,blood saturation increased significantly compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The oropharyngeal airway tube can effectively solve the problem of Neurology tongue in patients with ventilatory problems,the effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
