经阴道彩超诊断输卵管积水的应用价值

目的:探讨经阴道彩超诊断输卵管积水的应用价值。方法:将56例经阴道彩超检查及经腹部彩超检查并经手术及病理证实的病例作回顾性分析。结果:56例病例中,32例为双侧输卵管积水,24例为单侧输卵管积水,经阴道彩超诊断率为92.9%(52/56),经腹部彩超诊断率为73.4%(41/56)。结论:经阴道彩超分辨率高,能清晰显示子宫、卵巢及附件区包块,且能较准确提示包块的大小、位置、形态以及内部回声情况,诊断准确率高于经腹部彩超。
