高强度聚焦超声治疗原发性肝癌的疗效

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）对原发性肝癌的治疗效果。方法对我科自2005年5月至2006年8月使用高强度聚焦超声治疗的35例原发性肝癌进行回顾性分析。结果本组术后疼痛症状缓解率为69.6%,术后3月生存率94.29%,6月生存率65.59%,1年生存率57.39%;术后生存期较其自然病程延长。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗原发性肝癌可在一定程度上减轻患者症状、改善患者生存质量、延长患者生存时间。

Effects on High intensity focused ultrasound for the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma

Objective To study the curative effects of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on patients with primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods From May 2005 to Augest 2006, 35 cases with primary hepatic carcinoma recived treatment of HIFU were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this group, postoperative painful symptomatic remision rate was 69.6%, postoperative survival rates of 3, 6 and 12 months were 94.29%, 65.59% and 57.39% respectively. It's postoperative survival peroid was longer than that natural coures of disease.Conclusion HIFU can relieve patient's symptom in definite degree for the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma. And it can improve patient's quality of survival and prolong patient's survival period.
