脑内小血肿超早期微创血肿清除术与非手术治疗的疗效对比性研究

目的:探讨不同治疗方法对脑内小血肿的疗效。方法:对106例脑内小血肿患者按入院先后顺序随机分两组,每组各53例,分别行超早期微创血肿清除术和非手术治疗,出院时主要对生存病例用Barthel日常生活能力指数评估ADL能力进行对照比较。结果:微创手术组得分61～100分(生活自理)病例数占本组总病例数的77.35%。非手术组占本组总病例数的39.62%。两组ADL能力方面差异有显著统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:选用超早期微创血肿清除术治疗脑内小血肿操作简便,疗效好,宜于推广。

Curative effective of patients with small Intracerebral hematomas after superearly minitraumatic hematoma aspiration or non-surgery: a comparison study

Objective To explore curative effects on small Intracerebal hematomas with different treatments.Method 106 cases of small Intracerebal hematomas randomly were divided into 2 groups based on admission order.Each group with same 53 cases,was treated with minitraumatic hematoma aspiration in superearly period or non-surgery.By way of research of all survivals,the barthel Index of independence in activity of daily Life was statistically analyzed,when they discharged.Results In the surgery group 77.35% of all cases was the self-care cases who scored 60～100,but was only 39.62%in non-surgery group.The ability of ADL between each group significantly in statistics(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment with superearly mintraumatic hematoma aspiration on small Intracerebral hematomas patients is very effective and may be considered the best choice.
