CTLA4-Ig对老年支气管哮喘病人CD4+ CD45 RO+ T细胞功能的影响

目的研究老年支气管哮喘病人周围血CD4 CD45RO T细胞表达IL-4及IL-13的情况及CTLA4-Ig对其影响。方法用ELISA方法测定老年支气管哮喘病人CD4 CD45RO T细胞产生IL-4和IL-13的水平及CTLA4-Ig对其影响。结果老年支气管哮喘病人CD4 CD45RO T细胞分泌IL-4、IL-13增多,IL-13增多较IL-4更为明显(P<0.01),CTLA4-Ig可有效抑制老年哮喘病人CD4 CD45RO T细胞分泌IL-4和IL-13(P<0.01)。结论CD4 CD45RO T细胞产生的IL-4和IL-13在老年哮喘发病中起重要作用,CTLA4-Ig可有效抑制IL-4和IL-13的分泌。

The effects of CTLA4-Ig on the functions of CD4+ CD45 RO+ T lymphocyte of elderly patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To study the expression of IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by CD4 CD45RO T lymphocyte from peripheral blood of old patients with bronchial asthma and the effects of CTLA5-Ig on them in order to study further the pathogenesis of old bronchial asthma and to search for a more effective treatment route.Methods The levels of IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by CD_4~ CD_(45)RO~ T lymphocyte of old bronchial asthmatic patients before and after CTLA4-Ig treatment were determined by ELISA.Results The levels of IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by CD_4~ CD_(45)RO~ T lymphocyte of old bronchial asthmatic patient were higher than those of normal control,especially IL-13(P<0.01).CTLA4-Ig inhibited significantly the secretion of IL-4 and IL-13 by CD_4~ CD_(45)RO~ T lymphocyte of old bronchial asthmatic patients(P<0.01).Conclusions The IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by CD_4~ CD_(45)RO~ T lymphocyte could play the important role in the pathogenesis of old bronchial asthma and could be inhibited effectively by CTLA4-Ig,which has important clinical significance for treating asthma of the elderly.
