病毒性心肌炎发生的凋亡机制及参白口服液的作用研究

目的研究病毒性心肌炎(VMC)心肌细胞凋亡及其相关调控因素的变化及参白口服液的影响.方法给BALB/C小鼠接种嗜鼠心肌柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3m)诱发VMC,在接种后3、7、14、20、30 d对照观察心肌细胞凋亡(TUNEL法)和相关调控基因c-myc、Bcl-2蛋白表达(免疫组化技术)、细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6(ELISA法)的变化情况.结果CVB3m可引起VMC心肌细胞凋亡,c-myc、Bcl-2的阳性表达和TNF-α、IL-6的变化参与心肌细胞凋亡的发生.结论心肌细胞凋亡及其相关调控因素参与VMC的发生和发展,参白口服液有良好的防治作用.

Apoptotic Mechanism for Viral Myocarditis:the Effects of Shenbai Oral Solution

Objective To investigate the apoptosis of myocardial cells in viral myocarditis (VMC) and the changes in the relative regulatory factors, and the effects of Shenbai Oral Solution on them. Methods The BALB/C mouse was inoculated with murine-myocardium-affinitive Coxsackie virus B 3m (CVB 3m ) to induce VMC. At 3, 17, 20 and 30 days, respectively, after the inoculation, myocardial cell apoptosis, expressions of c-myc and Bcl-2, changes in TNF-a and IL-6, were observed by TUNEL method, immunohistochemical techniques and ELISA, respectively. Results It was found that CVB3m could induce myocardial cell apoptosis in VMC, and the positive expressions of c-myc and Bcl-2 and the changes in TNF-a and IL-6 were related to the occurrence of myocardial cell apoptosis. Conclusion Myocardial cell apoptosis and the relative regulatory factors are involved in the occurrence and development of VMC, and Shenbai Oral Solution has a good effect for preventing and treating VMC.
