人体手足骨自然连结标本的干制技术

近几年来我们在不断研究和改进骨骼标本制作技术上,将局部解削教学用过的废旧材料,挑选一些骨质较好的手足骨,剔除软组织,保留韧带、软骨,经脱脂、漂白等处理,制作成手足骨自然连结的干性标本,达到满意效果。

A Technology on Making Dried-Specimens of Human Hand and Foot Bones with their Joints

We choosed some waste hand and foot, which had been used for the teaching of toporgaphic anatomy. The soft tissues were picked out while ligaments and cartilage were remained. They were defatted in aceton, bleached in 3—5% hydragen peroxide and dried in air, then applied a coat of paint. It is satisfactory to obtain these dried specimens of the bones of the hand and foot with their joints.
