| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急诊科救治急性冠脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome, ACS)患者的护理经验.方法:回顾性分析160例ACS患者在急诊救治过程中的护理体会.结果:160例ACS患者,绝大部分得到了迅速及时的抢救、正确的诊治,抢救诊治护理的过程顺利迅速,避免了重大医疗差错的发生.结论:为了提高急诊科救治ACS患者的护理质量,保证医疗安全,保证救治诊断治疗护理过程的顺利和迅速开展,护理人员必需掌握ACS的诊治规程,熟练掌握心电图的操作技术,必须关注患者的心理问题,重视心理护理.

| Abstract: | Objective: The purpose of this study was to gain insight into how nurses work well in emergency department(ED) in rescuing and nursing care of patient with Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS).Method: 160 case of ACS in emergency department were studied by retrospective analysis.Result: The most of the 160 cases were cared and rescued smoothly and quickly on the Diagnositic and rescued course of nursing care in ED,without severe medical error.Conclusion: In order to work nursing care well in rescuing and nursing care of patient with ACS,to enhance the medical safe,to make the nursing care and rescuing treatment smoothly and quickly,the nurse must make good understanding of ACS,perform the electrocardiogram in practice,must pay well attention to the psychological issue of patient with ACS,and enhancing the mental nursing;must cooperate perfectly during the diagnositic and rescued course of nursing care in ED. |
