| 摘 要： | 目的建立刺五加注射液中畀嗪皮啶含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸（30：70：2），检测波长为355nm。结果异嗪皮啶进样量在0．58-11．48μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为98.1％，RSD为0，24％（n=6）。结论HPLC法稳定可靠，可用于刺五加注射液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of isofraxidin in acanthopanax injection. Methods HPLC was used. The condition included column C18（200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） and the wavelength at 355 nm. The mobile phase was used as solvent and composed of methanol-water-acetic acid（30：70：2）. Results The peak area and the content of isofraxidin showed good linarity in the range of 0.58- 11.48 μg. The average recovery rate was 98. 1%o, RSD was 0.24% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is stable and validly. It can be applied to the quality control for acanthopanax injection. |
