| Abstract: | A team of caregivers provides health care in nursing homes. This team is led by a nurse and includes a physician, nursing assistants, and other nursing home staff. Given the future demand for palliative care in this setting, the roles of all caregivers need to be supported with meaningful training, improved working conditions, and respect for each caregiver's contribution. |
