| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺结合舒血宁注射液治疗血管性认知障碍的疗效。方法以针刺法痰瘀并治加舒血宁针静滴治疗血管性认知障碍患者40例,另设26例单纯针刺对照组均以15天为1疗程,2疗程后统计结果。结果针药结合组疗效明显优于单纯针刺组。结论针药结合治疗血管性认知障碍疗效确切。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the efficacy of treating the Vascular Cognitive Impairment (VCI) by the method of acupuncture combining with the injection of Chinese herb preparation(Shuxuening). [Methods] Divide the patients suffering from VCI into two groups:group of combination of acupuncture and Chinese herb preparation (40 cases)and group of simple acupuncture(26 cases). Observe and summurize the clinical curative effect of two methods with the changes of grade of the estimating table of MMSE and HDS.The study is analzed by the statistics. [Conclusion] The clinic study indicates that the efficacy of treating by combination of acupuncture and Chinese herb preparation is better than that of the simple acupuncture. |
