北京市东花市社区心脑血管疾病追踪调查分析

目的在城镇社区居民中广泛开展普及心脑血管疾病综合干预和早期预防知识活动。方法开展了北京市东花市社区人群心脑血管疾病追踪调查,对91位心脑血管疾病患者和177位健康者进行了检测与分析。结果一是经过4年的综合干预工作后,24%的心脑血管疾病患者三项指标趋于正常,一项超标、两项超标与三项均超标的患者分别占31%、29%和16%。二是三项指标均为正常的仅占参加检测健康者人数的35%。结论对社区心脑血管疾病高危人群进行综合干预工作应持之以恒地坚持下去,未采取相应措施的健康人群有可能出现指标异常。

Follow-up survey of the cardiocerebrovascular diseases in Donghuashi Community of Beijing

Objective To promote the activity of popularizing the knowledge about preventing cardiocerebrovascular disease among urban residents.Methods The survey was conducted among 91 patients with cardiocerebrovascular disease and 177 healthy people who were living in the Donghuashi District of Beijing.Results After the 4-year intervention,24% of the patients were with three normal indexes,31% were with 2 normal indexes,29% were with 1 normal index,16% were with no normal index.And only 35% of the healthy people with three normal index.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention among patients with cardiocerebrovascular disease should be conducted persistently.The healthy people without intervention could also manifest abnormal indexes.
