从现代物理疗法探讨中药子宫内膜剥脱法治疗功能失调性子宫出血的可行性——附30例临床分析

目的:从现代物理疗法探讨中药子宫内膜剥脱法治疗功能失调性子宫出血的可行性。方法:选择30例无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血病人,经净后2~7天宫腔注射中药软膏,判断用药1、3、6个月后月经量的改变。结果:30例患者经中药制剂子宫腔靶向治疗,用药后半年有效率28/30例(93.33%),痊愈率24/30例(80.00%),止血效果确切,初步达到预期效果。结论:中药子宫内膜剥脱法,即中药活血化瘀制剂宫腔局部给药,可破坏子宫内膜,减少子宫出血量,治疗顽固性功血。

Discussion About the Possibility of Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Endometrium Damage by Chinese Herb Medicine Ointment from Modern Physical Therapy

Objective：To investigate the possibility of treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding by endometrium damage by Chinese herbs from modem physical therapy. Methods ： A total of 30 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated by intrauterine injection of a compound traditional Chinese herb medicine ointment 2 - 7 days after menses. The effect was deter- mined 1 month ,3 months and 6 months after the beginning of treatment. Results ： Out of 30 cases, efficiency rate is 93.33% and cure rate is 80% after 6 months. Conclusion ： Using compound traditional Chinese herb medicine ointment can damage endometriurn,this method had strong hemostatic effect and achieve the expectations.
