| 摘 要： | 目的:通过果糖胺(FTM)检测,探讨在急性脑卒中高血糖状态时FTM水平。以此指导治疗。方法:将63例分为脑出血,脑梗塞组,并设立正常和疾病对照组,各组间在入院48h内同时进行果糖胺及血糖检测。结果:脑梗塞,脑出血组果糖胺及血糖检测值及异常率均较对照组显著增高。结论:果糖胺检测不仅是鉴别脑卒中高血糖状态的可信指标,且对指导治疗有较好的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: Determinting fructosamine, to study fructosamines level of cerebal apoplexy in polysaccharide Station.Then to direct the treatment.Methods: Dividing the 63 samples into glycated hemoglobin group and acute cerebral infarction(ACI)group, and informing a regular comparation group.Then determinting each group's fructosamine and blood Sugar (BS)in 48 hours. Results: The determining value and abnormal rate of the actue cerebal infarction (ACI) and glycated hemoglobin are all higher than the comparation group. Conclusion: Fructosamine(FTM)deteminionis not only trustable target to judge a cerabal apoplexy in polysaccharide station, but is a better clinical application to direct treatment. |
