山东省城市综合性医院岗位聘任现状调查及对策研究

摘    要:目的了解医院岗位聘任的现状,为推进医院聘用制度与岗位管理制度改革提供实践支持。方法选择山东省内10家城市综合性三级甲等医院进行问卷调查,并作统计描述。结果当前医院岗位聘任中存在的诸多问题制约了人力资源的合理配置与使用,需要进一步加强和改进岗位聘任工作。结论完善与改进岗位聘任工作对医院的发展与人力资源的合理利用具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective Getting a general idea of the status of post appointment inhospital. Methods Questionnaire were used in it which including 10 comprehensive hospitals in Shandong Province. Results There are some problems inour work of hospital post appointment. Conclusion To improve on hospital postappointment is very important to the development and the rational utilization of human resources in hospital.
