| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中脑钠素（BNP）水平与心衰程度的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定90例按NYHA分级的心衰病人及46例健康人血清BNP的含量。结果健康对照组（control）、NYHA1I、NYHAm组及NYHAIV组血清BNP水平分别为（41．50±3．10）、（136．46±7．74）、（208．07±20．88）、（407．26±25．92）pg／ml。与健康对照组相比，心力衰竭组病人血清中BNP明显升高（P〈0．001），其升高水平与心力衰竭程度呈正相关（R=0．9729，P〈0．01）。结论血清BNP水平的检测可作为判断心衰的有效临床血清学指标，对监测心衰有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe relation between change of serum BNP level and severity of heart failure. Methods 90 patients with heart failure according to NYHA classification and 46 healthy human were measured the BNP levels in senan with ELISA. Results The control group, NYHA Ⅱ, NYHA III and NYHA Ⅳ group serum BNP levels were （41.50 ± 3.10）, （ 136.46±7.74）, （208.07 ± 20.88）, （407.26 ±25.92） pg/ml, respectively. Compared with healthy controls, serum BNP significantly increased in patients with heart failure group（ P 〈 0. 001 ）, and the elevated levels were positively correlated with the degree of heart failure （ R = 0.972 9, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Measuring of serum BNP level might be a effective clinical serum markers in evaluation of heart failure, and for monitoring the progress of heart failure. |
