Abstract: | The response of human, rabbit and guinea-pig thymocytes in culture to blastogenic stimulants such as phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and staphylococcal filtrate (SF) was usually considerably less than that seen with equivalent numbers of peripheral blood and lymph node lymphocytes. |
